Terraform Engineering is a leader in the Land Development design and approval process. We are experienced with all aspects of the Land Development process from conceptual design, regulatory approvals, and construction issues. Whatever your project’s specific needs, we will utilize our knowledge and experience with civil engineering services, to get the job done.

As part of our engineering design we are well aware of the importance of our Clients’ project budget, timely approvals, and concise bid documents. We work with the Owner, Project Manager, Architect, and other engineering design professionals (surveyors, geotechnical engineers, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, environmental specialists, etc.) as a team to get the best results for our clients.

All of our projects are designed to comply with regulatory requirements of the Municipality, County, State and Federal approving agencies. We are well versed in the regulatory requirements at all levels required for Land Development approval. We regularly work with Municipalities, County Planning Commissions, and County Conservation Districts, throughout eastern Pennsylvania. We work with PADEP, Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to address challenging environmental issues that are associated with our projects. We conduct Pennsylvania Natural Diversity Inventory (PNDI) searches and perform National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting in a timely fashion to keep our projects on schedule. We are also experience with PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permits (HOP) required for access onto State roads.
