Holland Middle School Additions and Renovations
Northampton Township, Bucks County, PA
The Holland Middle School was built in the 1970s. Renovations to building are proposed to update the educational facility to current academic standards and to provide an open learning environment. The 41,000 SF of proposed additions will provide an auditorium, administration offices, classrooms, and a defined entrance at the front of the building. Vehicular and parking lot circulation and queuing patterns were improved with new driveways, parking lots, sidewalks and signage. The natural resources of the site were taken into consideration in the placement of athletic fields and open space areas. Terraform was responsible for all site design and worked diligently with the school district, Architect and municipalities to maximize the potential of the Holland Middle School Site. The project is pursuing LEED Silver certification upon completion.
