Pennridge High School Improvements

Terraform has performed several designs for the Pennridge School District at the Pennridge High School. Terraform designed new synthetic turf field on Helman Field. The project scope included synthetic turf, field lighting, and a new handicapped accessible pedestrian path from the high school parking lot to access the field. Terraform provided site layout, stormwater design, utility design, erosion and sediment control plans and NPDES permitting, as well as Township Land Development approvals.
Terraform provided drainage improvements design to address an existing drainage problem located at the rear of the high school. The project involved evaluating the existing condition to determine the most cost effective way to fix the problem. Additionally, the project scope was expanded to include improvements to resolve erosion issues on an adjacent hillside including a new staircase and structurally stabilized pervious surfaces.
Terraform provided design for Helman Field to convert it to a stadium. Terraform performed E&S design to allow for bleachers to be constructed on the project. Terraform also performed layout, grading, storm, E&S, NPDES permitting, and Township land development approval in order to construct a fieldhouse/concession building, a parking, patio, and walkway improvements to Helman Field.
