Mr. DeGroot is responsible for managing office operations and land development projects of varied scope and size for Terraform. Mr. DeGroot, the lead civil engineering designer, has designed all types of land development projects, including commercial, industrial, educational, retail, residential subdivisions, golf course, and roadway and utility design. These projects involve all aspects of the site selection, land development, and approvals process. His work experience also includes serving as Municipal Engineer for several municipalities in Pennsylvania, major roadway projects for municipalities in the tri-state area, and providing professional testimony for condemnation hearings, zoning issues, and other litigation matters requiring engineering expertise. Mr. DeGroot is familiar with condemnation of property for educational uses as well as zoning issues relative to school uses. Other background includes master planning, environmental investigations, environmental permitting, construction management and inspection, and traffic engineering. He is experienced in professional testimony for municipal approvals, as well as court testimony.

These projects involve all aspects of the site selection, land development, and approvals process. Mr. Massie is familiar with all design and permitting issues for school and athletic facility uses. He has extensive experience with storm water design, erosion and sediment control, and NPDES permitting. Other background includes, environmental investigations, environmental permitting, construction management and inspection. He is also experienced in professional testimony for municipal approvals.

She has designed the landscapes for a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, industrial, educational and retail. She has also served as a civil designer for Terraform for land development projects. In these projects, Mrs. Fenstermaker has been involved in site selection, layouts, grading, land development and obtaining approvals from DEP, Conservation Districts, PennDOT, and municipalities.
