His work experience also includes serving as Municipal Engineer for several municipalities in Pennsylvania, and providing professional testimony for condemnation hearings, zoning issues, and other litigation matters requiring engineering expertise. Justin has over 20 years of experience with designing and managing all types of land development projects. Projects include Athletic facilities, educational, commercial, industrial, retail, residential subdivisions, and roadway and utility design. He is familiar with design and permitting issues for construction and giving professional testimony for municipal approvals. He specializes in storm water design, erosion and sediment control and NPDES permitting.

Samantha has worked on a multitude of land development projects of varying scopes and sizes. Landscaping projects include residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and retail. She has served as a civil designer for land development projects. She has experience with obtaining approvals from DEP, Conservation Districts, PennDOT, and other municipalities.

Garfield has 20 years experience as a CAD and Engineering Technician. He has produced civil and structural drawings and provided site supervision services for municipal, commercial and residential developments of varying sizes. Elements of the projects include; construction of commercial and residential structures, roadways, water supply, sewerage and stormwater drainage. Garfield is conversant with the latest AutoCAD Civil3D packages.

Rachel officially joined the Terraform Engineering team in 2020. However, she has worked behind the scenes periodically since the start of the company in 2007 . She now serves as the office’s administrative assistant and helps with coordinating business sponsorship’s.
When not in the office, she is helping her husband Justin raise their 3 children. In her spare time, she enjoys substitute teaching, gardening, and playing the bagpipes with the Kutztown Pipe Band.
